Martha Carpenter joined Maestas & Ward Commercial Real Estate in 2005, with an extensive background in sales, management, operations and project management. She brings a strong knowledge of the Albuquerque market and real estate trends from 20 years of experience as the Regional Manager for Solitaire Homes. Her primary concentration is in office sales, office condos and office leasing as well as industrial and retail properties, making her an integral member of the office division. Martha’s knowledge of the medical and dental industry in Albuquerque has created a loyal client base. Martha is a long time native of Albuquerque and is very active in the community.
